Details for submitting resolutions at Chatham County Democratic Party (CCDP)  precinct meetings.

 The West Williams Precinct meeting will be held on Sunday, February, 10 2019.

  All resolutions MUST be voted on and approved at this meeting.
 Please submit your resolutions via email to tdunn599@yahoo.com 
 as WORD .doc file, by 2/03/2019.  We will make copies of your Resolutions available at the meeting.
All Resolutions that are approved at the meeting will be forwarded to the CCDP and will  be voted on at the County Convention on Saturday March 30th.
